LV-0181 Built-in positioning camera

LV-0800 Small velocity range board

 

The LV-0800 is a small velocity range board to be installed to the LV-1800. By adding this device, it enables measurement of those which are difficult to be detected in standard measurement ranges.

LV-0112 Displacement output board / LV-0111 Acceleration output board

 

When the LV-0112/0111 is built in the LV-1800, it converts the detected velocity (m/s) into displacement (m) or acceleration (m/s2). Signals are output from the optional connector, and the velocity signal and the displacement/acceleration signal can be obtained simultaneously.

*Either one of the LV-0112 or the LV0111 can be installed on the LV-1800.

LV-0185 Illumination unit

The LV-0185 is an option which illuminates a target coaxially with laser beams. When an objective lens is mounted, it illuminates the detecting part at the same working distance of the laser beams, and sharpens the images of the LV-0181. It facilitates laser irradiation and positioning to the deep position or minute detecting part where no light cannot be illuminated.

Measurement system of vibrating micro object

 

 

 

Mounting the LV-0181 (built-in positioning camera), the LV-0185 (illumination unit) and an objective lens to the LV-1800 enables micro spotting of laser beams and image observation by epi-illumination. It makes laser positioning to microstructures and detection of multipoint parts possible.

Benchtop vibration isolator (auto-leveling type)

The LV-0200 is a benchtop type vibration isolator using air suspension. It can isolate the sensor from background vibration transmitted from the floor to improve detection accuracy. The top plate is an SUS plate on which the LV-0030 can be mounted. Auto-leveling feature keeps the level horizontal position even when the load is not even.

A regulator with filter is provided as standard.
